Un-claimed 2008 BSSA Added money.

At the BSSA Custodian Meeting on the 9th November 2008, the committee were made aware that some of the BSSA added monies paid by cheque have not been cashed.
 
The committee is asking all those shooters holding these un-cashed BSSA cheques to contact Dave Morgan on 01908 640 264 between 9am and 5.30pm and either arrange to cash your cheque, or alternatively, inform Dave if the prize is donated back to the BSSA.
 
It is important that Dave knows your intent as he is trying to establish the BSSA year end accounts for 2007/2008.
 
At the same meeting. It has been decided by the BSSA committee, that any cheque six months old and un-cashed in 2009, will be automatically be considered as donated back into the BSSA account and shown on the accounts as a donation from that shooter.
