All paid up NSSA members are cordially invited to Lakenheath CTC for the BSSA AGM being held on Saturday 15th August 2009 after the shoot offs at the European Championship. As a reminder, NSSA members under 18 are welcome to the meeting, but cannot vote!
 
The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the BSSA articles. Nominations for BSSA Custodian positions can be by post to the Secretary or presented on the day of the AGM.
 
To date I have received no proposed changes for the BSSA articles. Should the BSSA committee decide at the 19th July BSSA meeting to submit an article change, those proposals will be displayed up on the BSSA web site just after the BSSA meeting and prior to the AGM.
 
I would urge all BSSA members whether shooting the European or not, to come along and put your views forward. This BSSA committee actively seeks the views of its membership on all aspects of the duties that we carry out on your behalf.
 
A BBQ is planned to run before and during the shoot offs and just prior to the AGM. It's hoped that this BBQ will save both the shoot entrants and the NSSA members attending the AGM the worry of organising an evening meal when you get home, or when returning to your hotels.
